Library to Host Circus Culture Performance

Tompkins County Public Library will offer an opportunity for the budding performers of Circus Culture’s Youth Summer Camp to showcase their newly-discovered talents during a special performance for children and families, Tuesday, August 1 at 10 a.m. in the BorgWarner Community Room.

Being held in conjunction with the Library’s 2017 Build a Better World Summer Reading Program, this fun-filled event will include juggling, partner acrobatics and high-wire routines performed by students ages 8 through 14.

Circus Culture, located in Press Bay Alley, encourages individuals of all ages to engage with circus as an art form and life tool. For more information, visit http://www.circusculture.org/.

This program is free and open to the public, to learn more, contact the Library’s Youth Services Department at (607) 272-4557 extension 275.
