Tompkins County Public Library will host representatives from Cornell University’s Office of Community Relations for community office hours, Thursday January 12 from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Ezra Cornell Reading Room.
Cornell’s
Office of Community Relations (OCR) serves as a liaison between Cornell and the
community and connects with area residents on "town-gown” questions
and opportunities.
In
addition to OCR staff, representatives from the Cornell University Library and
other University units will be in attendance.
Participants
will have an opportunity to ask questions, learn about current town-gown
initiatives and share ideas for collaboration during this informal program.
Information on various campus outreach programs will be also be available.
