Library Game Program to Grow this Summer

Tompkins County Public Library’s popular “Game On” program is growing this summer with the introduction of life-sized versions of popular games.

“Game on Summer: Larger than Life” will take place each Monday from Monday, July 11 through August 29, from 3 to 5 p.m. in the BorgWarner Community Room and offer an opportunity for gamers to try out giant versions of some of their favorite games, including Hungry, Hungry Hippos, Jenga, Angry Birds, live-action Wizards Chess and more.

Popular “Game On” selections Exploding Kittens, Magic the Gathering and Dungeons and Dragons will also be available during this free, family-friendly weekly program.

For more information, contact Teen Services Librarian Regina DeMauro at rdemauro@tcpl.org. or (607) 272-4557 extension 274.

Support for this event has been provided by the Tompkins County Public Library Foundation through funding from the Phyllis and Charles Brodhead Memorial Endowed Fund.
