Library to Host Family Science Program

Tompkins County Public Library invites parents to cultivate a lifelong love of science Sunday, October 16 as the Library partners with Cornell University’s Science, Engineering and Educational Development (SEED) program for a hands-on STEAM workshop.

Families with children ages five and up will explore a variety of hands-on science experiments including making slime, “space sand” and lava lamps.

This free program begins at 2 p.m. in the Library’s Thaler/Howell Programming Room.
