Tompkins County Public Library will celebrate the conclusion of its 2017 Build a Better World Summer Reading Program with a family-friendly performance by acclaimed duo, Nate & Kate, Monday, August 7 at 11 a.m. in the Thaler/Howell Programming Room.
“The Nate and Kate Kids Show” offers an engaging opportunity for
children to sing and move to original and favorite children’s songs and
juggling routines choreographed to live cello music. Children will be
introduced to an assortment of musical instruments, and a few lucky volunteers
will be invited to lead song movements and participate in juggling stunts.
This program is free and open to children from infant to
eight-years-old.
For more information, contact the Library’s Youth Services
Department at (607) 272-4557 extension 275.
The Library’s Summer Reading Program has been made possible by the
Tompkins County Public Library Foundation with support from the Bernard Carl
and Shirley Rosen Library Fund of the Community Foundation of Tompkins County.
